Staging That Fits the House

Every listing is different, and so is every buyer walking through it. We start by looking at what a specific property already has going for it — light, layout, the room that will sell the house — and design around that instead of dropping in a standard package. The goal is simple: a home that feels put-together the moment someone walks in, and photographs the same way.

Staging In OC is run by Irina and Lilya, based here in Orange County. Irina is also a licensed real estate agent (DRE #01750564), so she stages with an eye for what agents and buyers are actually responding to at showings — not just what looks good in a photo. Design and sourcing are a shared effort between the two of them, matching furniture and styling to the home and the neighborhood it's in.

Our process starts with a free walk-through, where we look at the property in person and put together a written scope — no guessing, no surprises later. From there we handle design, delivery, and full installation, and when the listing sells or the staging term ends, we coordinate removal so the transition off the property is just as smooth as the setup.

We work with homeowners directly and with listing agents across South Orange County, and we're always happy to talk through timing — about a week's notice is ideal, but ask us if yours is tighter.
