Staging that keeps your listing on schedule

You are the one holding the timeline, the seller's expectations and the photographer's calendar together, and staging is one more thing that can slip. We quote from a free walk-through and put the scope in writing before anything is committed. Irina is a licensed agent as well as a stager, so the questions your seller is asking are ones she has fielded on her own listings.

What working with us looks like

What we need from you

For a quote we need the address, the square footage, which rooms you want furnished, and the date your photos are booked. The walk-through is free, and so is the written scope that follows it.

How pricing works

Pricing starts from square footage and moves with the things that actually change the work: how many rooms, how the floor plan is laid out, how many stair landings sit between the truck and the front door, and how far we are driving from storage. You get one written number before anything is committed.

Timing and access

About a week of notice is comfortable. We can often take a job on less, so ask rather than assume. On install day we need parking close enough to unload and clear access to the rooms being staged. Most of our work goes in before the listing photos are taken, which is where staging earns the most.
